Although technology can seamlessly be integrated into everyone's day-to-day, sometimes it easier said than done. During this planning process, we will conduct site visits to collect qualitative and quantitative data to target specific areas of concern and develop a detailed action plan that includes recommendations for support, equipment (i.e. hardware or software) to purchase, potential barriers,  stakeholder attitudinal data, and building capacity.

Through technology streamlining, we work closely to recharge antiquated organizational processes and procedures to bring them to the 21st century! After observing the current way that an organization collects data or shares information to stakeholders, STS will develop technology integrated approaches to daily tasks.

The Five-Star Needs Assessment is a research based instrument developed by Dr. Sahara Haney to assess learner's knowledge to leverage and customize their learning experience. Using the data obtained, learning experiences and resources are developed and provided for support. All need assessments can be modified to meet the needs of all respondents.
